Chuck and I are fortunate to be partners in work and life. You'll probably see my name around ICology more often, but much of the creativity here comes from our kitchen table conversations.

We've been married since November 2019 (long, immigration-related story) and we were supposed to have an April 2020 wedding. I know I don't need to explain why that didn't happen.

After two postponements and several cancelled contracts, it would have been easy to scrap the whole thing. Except that one of our “relationship rules” is to celebrate everything.

So we’re having an overpriced, elaborate and unnecessary party. And it’s gonna be awesome.

What can you celebrate this month for your employees? For yourself? The people in your circles? Life is so challenging. When we have an opportunity to create joy, it's our duty to take it.
