"Are you happy?" isn't a helpful question, imo. It's too broad, too bland, and too subjective. "What brings you joy?" Now that's a question we don't ask enough!

As 2021 comes to a close, we want to highlight the joy you spark in the lives of your employees, co-workers, and colleagues. What were your wins at work this year? What joy do you hope to spark in 2022? Most importantly, how can we help?
